HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

For express delivery we offer DHL Express (5-14 business days). 
It costs from $35.

The second option is international standard delivery (2-4 weeks).
It costs from $10.

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?

Yes, the customer is be responsible for payment of any such duties and/or taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office or taxation authority for further information before placing your order.

Orders placed by residents of the USA will include a 10% tax according to updated rules.

WHEN WILL MY PURCHASE SHIP?

We want you to have your new product as soon as possible! All our products are handmade and made to your order, so production time takes 10-14 business days, in-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

Delivery companies by DHL Express currently takes between 6-11 business days depending on your location. Standard delivery takes 2-4 weeks depending on your location. You'll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”
